My thoughts through season four episodes 1-12. Basically it’s blah blah blah blah.
Now that we’re in mid s4. At first the beginning of the season, I thought it was obvious that Peter was in Blueverse all along but different timeline. So the rest of the season will be all about bringing Walter and Olivia to remember him or start to bond and love to Peter.
I thought of it because I thought Peter can’t just go back to blueverse like in s1-3 because the BRIDGE he made and the sacrifice, will not be there anymore therefore making Redverse die again. I thought everyone knew that and so did the characters./ So when Peter said “I’m in a different timeline and I have to back to my family.” That just threw me off and made me upset with the writers. It seems that my confusion to what the writers were doing was actually many theories that the fans have to guess the outcome on Peter’s place in Amberverse.
I learned that Peter going to the machine and creating the bridge and Observers restarting the timeline was not really explainable. Like we don’t know what the machine can do. Or what was Peter’s exact sacrifice was. So maybe he does have a chance to go back to Blueverse with the same timeline from s1-3 PLUS the bridge that saves both universes. ! Maybe that’s what the writers intended to do. I just wish they didn’t do that or just make it simple. Like they could have Peter in s4, he will have to learn that he’s in Blueverse all along ..and everyone in the audience knows that. /Being frustrated with a couple of episodes, I did liked how in Enemy of My Enemy brings everyone together …like the audience feel like the team is together and move on together.. that Peter wants to stay to help AmberCharacters to get David Robert Jones arrested. Also made the 2 universes to work together and Walter and Olivia trusting Peter. So confusing because it’s sort of what writers hinted. Why does Peter want to stay when if he changes the timeline ..that Amber-timeline don’t matter..or if you do believe there’s many timelines going on like with many universes.
In a way, I was right. Walter was hearing voices of a man and seeing visions of the man …and Olivia drew a picture of Peter’s face and felt he’s her hope when she with cortexiphan powers got him out of the lake and into real-life not an energy blob. I guess from getting cortexiphan unknowingly from Nina, now Olivia’s having memories from blueverse of her with Peter.
So yeah now the promos and teasers are all saying “It’s going to make sense!!!” lalaa. Everyone’s together. :)
